How It Works
Folic Acid contributes to maternal tissue growth and red cell production for oxygen transport to diverse tissues during pregnancy. Vitamin D has a part in the cell division process, which is essential for tissue recovery. Calcium needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Iodine contributes to the production of thyroid hormones and normal functioning of thyroid gland. Omega-3 DHA, in normal embryonic brain and eye development is aided by maternal consumption. Vitamin B1 and B6 contribute to normal energy release. Vitamin B2 and B12 promote formation of red blood cells.
How To Use
