How It Works

Allantoin is a major intermediate metabolite in many organisms. It has a moisturizing and keratolytic effect by increasing the water content of the extracellular matrix, enhancing the desquamation of the upper layers of dead skin cells, resulting in increased skin smoothness, promoting cell proliferation and wound healing, and finally having soothing, anti-irritant, and skin-protective effects.

Alpha-hydroxy acids, together with glycolic acid (found in sugar cane), lactic acid (found in sour milk), malic acid (found in apples), citric acid (found in citrus fruits), and tartaric acid (found in berries), are all acids that are similar to those found in food like that found in grape wine.They have a profound effect on the keratinization of the epidermis and increase the production of mucopolysaccharides and collagen in the dermis.

Betaine is an organic osmolyte that helps regulate the viscosity, melting point, and ionic strength of the aqueous solution, all factors that affect cell integrity. Vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant, has various roles in the body, such as clearing up harmful free radicals, therefore helping to protect cell membranes and gene expression essential to smooth muscle growth. Zinc gluconate protects the skin from dryness by assisting it in maintaining the proper quantity of moisture.

How To Use

• Massage gently onto wet face and neck twice (x2) a day
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel
